Affiliations

A Pennsylvania non-profit business association with over 4,000 member companies throughout the greater Philadelphia region, MBA was chartered as the Small Business Association of Delaware Valley (SBADV) in 1979 and became active in January 1980 with just 55 members.

Was founded in 1929 and comprises 21 entities and over 620 joint ventures and 109 consortia devoted to Multi-Media/Direct Response Marketing. With 1,250 employees, we service 175 of the nation's leading companies as well as emerging businesses. We partner with 24 Beryl's World offices Nationwide with Top Flight Management. We have also partnered with Made In Italy Group for all of the marketing of 1300 Italian Companies

The Girard College Alumni Association is a social organization that exists to honor our benefactor, Stephen Girard, founder of Girard College by being of service to Girard College, its students and alumni by providing support to those activities, Girard College students and alumni that may be deemed worthy of such assistance.

The SBA was officially established in 1953, but its philosophy and mission began to take shape years earlier in a number of predecessor agencies, largely as a response to the pressures of the Great Depression and World War II.

Phatboy Media is currently SBA 8(a) certified.

In the fall of 1987, the Urban League of Philadelphia, Inc. (ULP) recognized the need to create a network of young professionals who realize the importance of civic responsibility and professional development. This recognition led to the formation of the Urban League Young Professionals (ULYP) , an organization of men and women, generally between the ages of 21 and 40.

Through its committees, the ULYP sponsors youth service projects, fund-raising activities, cultural events, leadership development workshops, and educational forums. ULYP also provides members the opportunity to network with other people in a variety of fields.

The Urban League of Philadelphia, Inc. is an affiliate of the National Urban League and ULYP is a voluntary arm of this affiliate. The Urban League Young Professionals is a non partisan, non profit, community service organization which utilizes the tools and the methods of social work, economics, law and other disciplines to secure equal opportunity in all society for minorities.
